The Association of Desk and Derrick Clubs (ADDC), an international non-profit organization, is a premier provider of energy education and professional development. ADDC’s purpose shall be to promote the education and professional development of individuals employed in or affiliated with the petroleum, energy and allied industries, and to educate the general public about these industries as well as the companies and global communities the members serve.
Our mission is to enhance and foster a positive image to the global community by promoting the contribution of the petroleum, energy, and allied industries through education by using all resources available.
ADDC is an international, educational, organization of professionals employed in, or interested in learning about the Oil, Gas, Energy and Affiliated industries. As part of our motto – Greater Knowledge—Greater Service—we strive to teach ourselves and our communities about energy, through local monthly meetings, annual regional meetings and an educational conference and convention. For over 68 years, our members have been employed in all aspects of the energy industry, from petroleum engineers, landmen, accountants, administrative assistants, lawyers and field service workers. Membership is now open to those in the community who would like to be Energy Advocates, promoting the facts about energy in a balanced message that includes the benefits provided by the energy industry.
